Recently Matt Hoard from RCK flew out to the Memphis Zoo to do a couple of days of training for some new staff members, and walk the facility with the Operations team. This quick trip gave Matt a chance to work with their team on how to keep their automated control system working as well as possible, as well as to see if there is anything we can do to help them with their day-to-day operational efforts. This kind of partnership is one of the things we love about working in this industry. A control system that was commissioned about a decade ago is still fully functional, and is adapting to the changing environments and needs of the facility.
